Terms and conditions
- Registration and Fees:
- A non-refundable yearly registration fee of $40.00 per student is payable upon registration.
- Application is only accepted with the completed registration form and payment.
- Fees are charged on a term basis, payable at the beginning of each term.
- Fees must be paid by end of week 3 of each term
- Payment plans can be arranged through the studio for term fees of $200 or more.
- Privates will be cancelled for students with outstanding fees
- Annual Concert Performance:
- Participation in the Annual Concert performance requires all payments to be up to date.
- Debt Collection:
- Invoices outstanding for more than 60 days may be referred to a debt collection agency, with associated costs added to the invoices.
- Absences and Refunds:
- No pro-rata fees or discounts for term fees will be provided for absences.
- Term fees are non-refundable.
- Additional Expenses:
- Term fees do not include payment for costumes or additional expenses, which will be invoiced separately.
- Holidays and Makeup Classes:
- No classes during public holidays or school holidays unless advised otherwise.
- No makeup classes provided for missed classes unless facilitated otherwise.
- Health and Safety:
- Students must notify their teacher of any injuries or medical conditions.
- Appropriate dress and grooming are required for class participation.
- In the event of injury or medical conditions, the responsibility lies with the student or parents to inform the staff in writing.
- Photography/Videography:
- Agreement to these conditions permits the use of a child’s images/videography for promotional material.
- Liability and Medical Attention:
- No liability is taken for loss or damage of property or physical injury.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the costs of medical attention or ambulance transport if needed.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, parents or guardians acknowledge and accept the rules and policies set forth by Michelle Slater Performing Arts studio for the specified year
